Arbitration
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to dokpav.com or to products or services sold or distributed by dokpav.com or through dokpav.com shall be submitted to CIETAC, South China Sub-Commission for arbitration, which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The number of arbitrators shall be one; The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong; The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be Chinese. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both you and our Price.
