dokpav.com specializes in 3C phone accessories industry. In order to offer you secure online shopping circumstance, we are launching out Free Exchange & Return campaign from now.
Return Details:

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us by email service@dokpav.com within 14 days to return or exchange.

Please send pictures of the dokpavs to us when you decide to make exchange or return.

Exchange can be done for free in the same style. If you want to exchange for a different style, we require you to pay the price difference if applicable.

There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchanges, but clients need to afford the shipping cost of the dokpavs. For refund cases the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted form your refund. However, if there is a problem with your product, we will provide a full refund. After we confirm your exchange or return request, you can send the product back.

In order to ensure the safe transport of the dokpav, please contact us before sending it back. We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without following our exchange procedure.

This promise is applied for all in stock dokpavs, and does not include any customized pillows, or special offered products. Please make sure merchandise is returned in new condition, unused, unstyled, uncut and in its original packaging.

After ensuring that these requirements are met, please contact service@dokpav.com to file your return application.
Free Cancellations:
We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us within:
- 1For in stock orders, please contact us within 8 hours after your payment is processed.
- 2For customized orders, please contact us within 24 hours after your payment is processed.
- 3Overdue returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- 4Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to customize dokpavs orders.

If requesting a repair, exchange or order cancellation, please first contact us by email: service@dokpav.com . We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned dokpav if procedures are not followed, and all losses will be afforded by customers.
